📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Cadence and Prelude applications, supporting build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance • Lead and support implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives across patient access workflows • Configure and maintain: Scheduling workflows (Cadence) Registration, ADT, and insurance workflows (Prelude) • Support and optimize Referrals and Welcome workflows within patient access • Collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Operational leaders to translate business needs into Epic solutions • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes • Support testing efforts including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Participate in go-live planning, support, and post-go-live optimization • Ensure system configurations align with regulatory requirements and organizational best practices • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Certification in Cadence and Prelude • 5+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence/Prelude experience • Strong understanding of: Patient access workflows (scheduling, registration, insurance verification) • Revenue cycle front-end processes • Experience with Epic build, configuration, and optimization • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🏖️ Benefits
