• Manage a portfolio of 15–20 high-value Enterprise customers. • Build deep relationships and drive long-term success. • Work with senior stakeholders to unlock potential of Superside’s services. • Make a real impact through innovative creative solutions. • Supported from day one with robust onboarding and processes.
• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services experience in a high-growth, creative, marketing, or SaaS organization. • Proven track record with Enterprise accounts, preferably supporting Fortune 500 brands or large, complex customer environments. • Background in marketing, brand strategy, or creative operations, ideally from an agency or marketing consultancy. • Excellent stakeholder management skills. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong project oversight and collaboration skills. • Experience with CRM and CS tools is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
