📋 Description

• As a UI/UX Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for executing groundbreaking projects for global customers while shaping the creative vision of Superside’s Web Services team. • You will have the opportunity to influence design strategies, collaborate and leverage cutting-edge tools to push the boundaries across our core service areas: Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design. • This role is ideal for a senior-level designer who thrives on solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality experiences for global customers like Meta, Amazon, and Google.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design. • Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and other industry-standard platforms. • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to ensure seamless collaboration with development teams. • Expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems and conducting UX/UI audits to evaluate accessibility, responsiveness, and user journeys. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating creative strategies and providing constructive feedback to customers and internal teams. • Proven ability to define and implement processes that ensure the highest quality project output while educating customers on UX/UI methodologies. • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, generative design tools) to enhance project efficiency and workflows. • Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or other development processes is essential for the ability to support these processes with our customers. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering user-centered design solutions.
