📋 Description

• Research trends in digital and social content, with a focus on post-production techniques • Contribute ideas and creative direction on briefs, bringing deep video expertise to every project • Own the editing pipeline from ingest to final delivery • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and marketers • Produce short-form videos and craft compelling stories from raw footage • Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for digital channels • Raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating high-quality editing, preferably with any on-set experience • Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content • Strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills • Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools • Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms • Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines • Proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving process and creative output • Animation and Adobe After Effects, Copywriting, AI, and Motion Graphics are listed as nice bonuses
