📋 Description

• Identify problems, define and test hypotheses to support the development of action plans and process changes • Define performance metrics (indicators) to add value in achieving the company's objectives • Extract and process data to provide relevant information for decision-making • Create dashboards and reports to monitor results (KPIs) • Support decision-making alongside BU managers • Automate report update processes and the sending of critical alerts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with data analysis, preparation of management reports and monitoring of KPIs • Main tools: SQL and Python • Previous experience with product, data and BI is desirable • Knowledge of process automation and project management is desirable • Familiarity with the financial industry and/or microcredit is an advantage • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management • Preferred bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
