📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives, while increasing market share across both product segments. • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability standards across teams to ensure consistent performance and results. • Contribute as a member of the Executive leadership team on strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term growth initiatives. • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization. • Coach, mentor, and develop the direct sales and partner management teams to achieve revenue targets and professional growth. • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer engagement efforts as well as forecasting operational needs. • Act as a player/coach in driving customer engagement and partnerships with healthcare systems, facility planners, and technology integrators. • Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners, including channel dealers and software solution providers. • Identify and act on emerging opportunities and market shifts, blending customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry foresight to recommend bold strategic directions for growth. • Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. • Proven success managing both direct and channel sales teams, ideally in healthcare technology, medtech, or related capital equipment sectors. • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives, partners, and decision-makers in healthcare systems and design/architecture communities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. • Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 30–40%).
