📋 Description

• Conduct soccer classes that cater to various skill levels and promote an enjoyable learning experience. • Teach fundamental soccer skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development. • Provide positive reinforcement to encourage player growth and confidence. • Communicate effectively with players and parents regarding progress and development. • Maintain a safe, organized, and fun environment for all participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to locations in Cumming, Suwanee, Canton, Gainesville, Woodstock, and Lawrenceville • Ideally based within 30 minutes of one or more of our service areas • Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a Georgia comprehensive background check • Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management • Must be available weekday afternoons, ideally between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM • Must be available to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week • Experience working with children and/or a background in sports (especially soccer) • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with kids effectively • Positive attitude, energetic, and enthusiastic about coaching • Passion for working with kids and inspiring young athletes • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow program guidelines • Desire to grow with our expanding team and make a long-term impact
