📋 Description

• Maintain timely financial records in QuickBooks Online, allocating expenses, payroll, and payments to correct accounts and projects • Process vendor bills, monitor spending discrepancies, and reconcile vendor statements • Manage customer invoicing for recurring agreements, project milestones, and Time & Material (T&M) billing • Perform bank, credit card, and payroll reconciliations • Create custom Excel workbooks for financial tracking and reporting • Assist with creating and maintaining Sales Orders and Purchase Orders • Ensure vendor invoices align with distribution records • Assist with payroll reconciliation, accurately recording benefits, taxes, and withholdings in QuickBooks Online • Follow financial processes and escalate risks or process breakdowns affecting cash flow • Collaborate with operations, project management, and leadership to ensure billing accuracy, cost visibility, and strong financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (Mandatory) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, complex formulas, and reconciliation schedules • Experience using ConnectWise Manage or a comparable PSA/Ticketing system highly preferred • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong attention to detail • Ability to identify financial anomalies • Excellent professional communication skills • Professional working proficiency in English for documentation and reporting
