• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with partners of all sizes by ensuring maximum platform adoption. • Analyze client performance data, identify key trends, and educate clients on the next strategic course of action based on their business goals. • Conduct regular business reviews, taking a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with key external stakeholders. • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including strategy development, setup, and performance monitoring. • Gather detailed client feedback and collaborate closely with the internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform's roadmap and UX/UI development. • AB/Test different client activation strategies to understand which approaches yield the best results for overall client success.
• Prior experience in SaaS Account Management, Business Development, or strategic roles within digital marketing. • Professional working proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage, given the focus on the GCC market. • A deep passion for the F&B industry, delivery platforms, and the mission of helping operators grow revenue. • Exceptional analytical ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business advice. • Proactive attitude coupled with excellent project management and organizational skills. • A strong growth mindset and proven ability to accept new challenges and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment. • Proficiency in utilizing office suite tools for reporting and presentation, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build trust with senior stakeholders.
