📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website. • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and content optimization. • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to ensure maximum visibility and relevance for targeted keywords. • Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience. • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and broken links to improve overall site health and performance. • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain current and effective. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, web development, and design, to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 5-7 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs). • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
