📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and accessibility testing • Lead test automation initiatives by developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test scripts • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies • Review test cases, automation scripts, and test results for coverage, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements • Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects using bug-tracking tools • Analyze testing metrics and results and recommend QA process and product quality improvements • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Mentor and support QA team members through coaching, technical guidance, and best-practice standards • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and set objectives aligned with organizational goals • Partner with leadership to align quality goals with business objectives and communicate quality insights • Serve as hiring manager for L1–L2 QA roles, including reviewing assessments, conducting interviews, and contributing to hiring decisions • Support employee engagement, retention, growth, QA resource planning, and staffing decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High-level proficiency in written and verbal communication in English • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on functional and automated testing • 1–2 years of experience in a formal people leadership role, or a combination of people management and Technical Lead experience with ownership of delivery, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments • Proven ability to analyze complex systems and resolve testing challenges • Experience defining QA metrics and improving testing processes at scale • Experience using AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT, with an understanding of LLMs and multi-agent systems applied to QE use cases
