📋 Description

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high-performance user experience • Develop and optimize the company's main application and internal Admin Interfaces, including user management and billing systems • Implement high-fidelity UI/UX and pixel-perfect execution of product designs • Cooperate with Product Managers and Designers, translating Figma designs into production code • Collaborate with an additional developer and the QA team to ensure smooth integration, high code quality, and flawless deployment • Design and maintain significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure • Maintain and update the company’s marketing website, built on WordPress • Leverage AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle and optimize delivery speed without compromising quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience, including at least 5-6 years of Full-Stack experience • Deep, significant experience with React • Significant and hands-on experience with Python or Java, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive architecture • Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken • Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with a sharp eye for detail, and extensive experience working with Figma • Excellent team player with a proven track record of working effectively alongside other developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, deliver results efficiently, and leverage AI-powered tools to maximize productivity • Experience with the second backend language (Python/Java) is a plus • Hands-on experience with Next.js is a plus • Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization is a plus
