📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences. • Conduct or support interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions. • Partner closely with engineering and product from scoping through delivery. • Use and contribute to Suralink’s design system to maintain consistency and scalability. • Operate with autonomy, driving clarity and momentum through ambiguity.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience designing for complex SaaS products. • Proven experience designing AI or data-driven features (or a strong interest in LLM-enabled interfaces). • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variants, variables, libraries, tokens). • Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and ability to ship elegant, cohesive experiences. • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps. • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design.
