📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve high-traffic, business-critical backend services (primarily in Go); • Lead and influence architectural decisions — from domain modeling and service boundaries to infrastructure and deployment strategies; • Drive the evolution of our service platform together with senior and lead engineers; • Identify performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges, and propose pragmatic, long-term solutions; • Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end, from design to production rollout; • Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code while raising engineering standards across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building production-grade backend systems; • Solid understanding of software design principles, distributed systems, and API design; • Experience with databases, messaging systems, and service-oriented or event-driven architectures; • Ability to reason about concurrency, performance, and reliability; • Confidence participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
