📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve high-traffic, business-critical backend services with a focus on scalability and reliability; • Lead and influence architectural decisions — from domain modeling and service boundaries to infrastructure and deployment strategies; • Drive the evolution of our next-generation service platform together with senior and lead engineers; • Identify system bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements to support long-term growth; • Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end, from design to production; • Write clean, well-tested code while raising engineering standards across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a backend or software engineer building production systems; • Solid understanding of software design principles, service-oriented architecture, and API design; • Experience building application backends, internal platforms, or service ecosystems; • Confidence working with different programming languages and stacks, and picking the right tool for the problem; • Experience working with databases, messaging systems, and distributed components; • Comfort participating in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
