📋 Description

• Drive customer-centric product development by deeply understanding pain points and delivering impactful solutions, while overseeing project execution and account management activities. • Establish and expand scalable systems, products, and processes to enhance customer support and value delivery, coordinating with engineering to implement necessary features. • Gather and leverage data-driven insights to improve customer models and our ability to consistently enhance their performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management or related roles within high-performing product companies, with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and executing complex projects. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, coupled with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and deriving actionable product insights. • Deep interest in AI systems (direct AI/ML experience valued but not required) and excellent project management skills, including the ability to oversee project teams and collaborate effectively across departments. • A commitment to making the next generation of AI models safer and more useful.
