📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the AWS environment using Terraform and Terragrunt, including the multi-account setup, networking, data layer, and EKS • Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions • Adapt infrastructure to current workloads through autoscaling and cost transparency • Help shape the Agent Runtime and Ingestor for document processing, and take responsibility for their scalability and stability • Operate monitoring, alerting, and backup systems • Own Developer Experience: design tooling, development environments, pipelines, and releases • Build infrastructure that can be certified under ISO 27001 • Support responses to customer security questionnaires

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with AWS—ideally in multi-account environments—and Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform with Terragrunt • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), IAM, and least privilege • Hands-on experience with autoscaling in Kubernetes • Experience with ISO 27001 and ISMS activities, such as risk management, policy development, or audit preparation, is a plus but not required • Knowledge of monitoring, audit trails, and backup strategies • Experience with AI-assisted coding and a willingness to use these tools purposefully in day-to-day work • Knowledge of Postgres, Redis with BullMQ, and NestJS is a plus but not required • Good German and English language skills
