📋 Description

• Oversee, execute, and audit continuous identity and physical location verification processes across the remote employee life cycle • Oversee multi-point identity validation during recruitment, including video interview image capture, SHL behavioral assessment photo capture, and Webex-based I-9 document verification via Sterling Portal • Monitor Day 1 new hire orientation identity checks and Webex Admin Console IP and geographic location checks • Audit daily training identity checks and mandatory go-live identity gate audits • Direct quarterly and event-driven identity revalidation across active operations teams • Manage Sentinel Vision continuous workstation monitoring alerts • Enforce physical location checklist audits, including asset tags, wall outlet types, ISP modem validation, travel router/VPN checks, and phone verification • Oversee the biometric Yubikey opt-out program and enrollment standards • Investigate identity or location discrepancies, pause training/system access, escalate issues, and create iSmart IT Incident tickets • Lead client and executive notification protocols for suspected impersonation cases • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT/Logistics, Asset Recovery, Talent Acquisition, Service Delivery, and HR to resolve violations within SLAs • Ensure evidence records, photo captures, and audit trails are maintained in eDMS and Smartsheet according to 90-day retention policies • Consolidate findings into monthly Performance & Risk Reports • Participate in threat-intelligence reviews and recommend control enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Compliance, or related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or HR Operations • Demonstrated leadership in US HR program delivery • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong analytical and investigative skills • Firm adherence to ethical standards • Ability to manage sensitive HR data with integrity • Proficiency in MS Office tools and data privacy guidelines • Strong executive communication skills
