📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and testing of SAP FI-FM, including commitment management, budget structures, derivation rules, and General Ledger integration • Drive lifecycle delivery for SAP FI-AA, including asset classes, depreciation areas, parallel valuation, CIP settlements, and year-end closing processes • Deliver SAP FICO capabilities across FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, Bank Ledger, and CO-OM • Manage cross-module integration with MM, SD, PS, and PM • Author functional specifications, configuration rationales, test scripts, and data migration strategies • Partner with ABAP developers on custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflow automations using BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits • Lead cutover activities, historical balance migrations, and post-go-live hypercare support • Guide stakeholders through requirement workshops, gap analyses, and best-practice recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support experience • At least 2 full-lifecycle implementations with in-depth responsibility for Funds Management and Asset Accounting • Expertise in S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal architecture, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori applications • Strong working knowledge of Public Sector Management (PSM-FM) or commercial cash/budget management frameworks • Experience coordinating integration across SAP MM, PS, and PM • Excellent analytical, stakeholder-management, and bilingual technical-to-business communication skills • Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional in SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting • Preferred: Professional accounting accreditation (CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) • Preferred: Experience with automated cutover tools, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, and central finance setups
