📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional project team responsible for delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management • Manage client expectations regarding project timelines, delivery, scope, and responsibilities • Lead client kick-off meetings covering timelines, delivery, scope, and expectations • Support internal and external specification review meetings • Manage project schedules and scope, tracking tasks required for on-time client user acceptance testing (UAT) • Facilitate internal and external meetings for assigned projects • Set agendas, share meeting minutes, and drive completion of action items • Assess project risks and escalate issues through established communication pathways • Drive study resourcing with project team input • Ensure client satisfaction throughout project build and maintenance phases • Identify and assist with process improvements for the services department • Provide client- and project-based feedback to product teams for new features and initiatives • Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to associate project managers • Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Interpersonal and communication skills • Time management and organizational skill • Analytical thinking ability • Creative problem-solving ability • Attention to detail • Consultative skills • 4–5 years of relevant experience in IT project management
