📋 Description

• Work with assigned clients and project teams responsible for delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management • Maintain the team’s IRT systems, oversee support processes, identify and mitigate potential issues and risks, and coordinate with clients and vendors • Lead implementation of system change controls during the maintenance phase • Manage study data integration specifications between the IRT system and other eClinical solutions • Create data review plans and ensure reviews are completed on schedule • Create and maintain study FAQ documents for the customer care team • Develop and maintain system training materials, including manuals, walkthrough videos, and presentations • Set up IRT system data with the client study team at go-live • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer care issues; troubleshoot and identify resolutions • Create and distribute support and maintenance reports to internal teams and client study teams • Identify trends and root causes in support data and implement solutions with project team members • Identify and assist with services department process improvements • Provide product team feedback for new feature design and development based on client requests and project experience • Provide user support by telephone and email across multiple countries • Assist with training new staff on Suvoda products and processes • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role • Bachelor's degree required • Interpersonal and communication skills • Time management and organizational skills • Analytical thinking • Ability to understand technical systems and perform troubleshooting • Creative problem solving • Attention to detail
