📋 Description

• You prepare budget plans, forecasts and monthly closings for Germany and Belgium in accordance with Group Finance guidelines, tools and schedules. • You produce and analyze financial and performance reports by business area and profit & loss (P&L) and derive concrete recommendations for action. • You support month-end and year-end closes (MEC/YEC), in particular with provisions and accruals. • You ensure accurate and timely reporting of relevant commercial and operational KPIs. • You identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide the basis for sound business decisions. • You work closely with management, facilitate regular performance reviews and support data-driven decision making. • You analyze project profitability, price developments and margins and provide recommendations to optimize financial results. • You monitor the development of Net Working Capital (NWC) together with the local finance and controlling team. • You collaborate closely with the accounting team on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and support the continuous optimization of our finance operations. • You keep a close eye on installation margins and key financial metrics and identify deviations at an early stage. • You drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting quality and financial transparency.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling or in a comparable position. • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance or controlling. • Experience in project controlling, ideally in construction, real estate or installation environments, is a plus but not required. • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken. • Quick comprehension and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality. • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage. • Willingness to travel to Sweden occasionally (approx. 2–4 times per year).
