📋 Description

• You prepare maintenance measures and oversee their implementation, including tendering and awarding contracts, as well as technical site supervision and acceptance • You support project management and take responsibility for the electrical trade regarding costs, schedules and quality for our internal new-build and refurbishment projects as well as maintenance measures • You estimate costs for upcoming renewals of building services engineering (TGA) according to DIN 276 • You analyze technical faults within your area of responsibility and initiate their rectification • You build a network of external service providers (design offices, construction and equipment companies) and manage them. This also includes preparing the necessary specifications and conducting tenders • You take responsibility for invoice verification and cost monitoring in your projects • You advise colleagues in real estate management and specialist departments on technical questions related to electrical engineering

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a successfully completed Bachelor’s, Master’s or diploma degree in Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering • Alternatively, you have a state-certified technician qualification with ideally several years of proven professional experience, preferably in building services electrical planning (TGA-Electro planning) • Good knowledge of an AVA (cost estimation and tendering) program (e.g., Avanti). CAD skills are desirable • Confident use of MS Office applications • Sound knowledge of the VOB, DIN/VDE standards, HOAI and other relevant regulations • You approach tasks independently and in a structured way and have a solution-oriented working style • High level of reliability and resilience as well as personal flexibility • Strong communication skills and social competence
