📋 Description

• Responsible for driving incremental sales growth and expanding the company’s branded business within the assigned region • Lead all regional field sales activities and develop strong partnerships with distributors and end-user customers • Achieve annual sales growth targets • Develop and implement an annual regional sales plan • Identify new branded distributor and end-user opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and end-user customers • Manage and enhance regional gross profit through effective product positioning • Maintain accurate and timely information within Salesforce CRM • Develop and execute annual regional business plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in industrial field sales, distribution sales, or B2B sales • Experience working with industrial, safety, or health-related products is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative abilities • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard business software • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
