📋 Description
• Hands-on technical work daily, involving system design, implementation & operational problem-solving. • Analyze law firm technology challenges and operational bottlenecks. • Configure CRMs & Case Management systems to solve for the bottlenecks. • Build analytics dashboards and data pipelines that reveal actionable insights. • Design automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n. • Deploy and train client teams on AI solutions (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) that actually drive impact. • Build working relationships with clients. • Autonomously get insights from & present to client teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in similar roles • Experience in client-facing roles and/or consulting, especially for SMEs • Experience with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive) • Experience with Project Management/ERP Systems (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, SAP) • Experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n, MS Power Platform) • Experience with GenAI (e.g. Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) • Experience with data analysis (e.g. BigQuery, Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau) • Experience working with REST APIs (integration) • Track record of learning complex tools quickly and applying them to business problems • (Optional) Experience with legal tools (e.g. Clio Manage and Lawmatics) or working in a law firm is a plus, but NOT a requirement • Portfolio preferred - showcase projects that demonstrate your systematic problem-solving approach.
