📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Elixir to work on the evolution of our backend platform, developing distributed, resilient, and highly scalable systems. • Develop and enhance backend services using Elixir and OTP • Build high-availability APIs and distributed systems • Work with asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture • Participate in architectural decisions and the technical evolution of the platform • Ensure application performance, resilience, and observability • Conduct code reviews and contribute to the advancement of engineering practices • Collaborate with different squads and departments across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development • Strong knowledge of Elixir and the OTP ecosystem • Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems • Familiarity with messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) • Experience with relational databases • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset • Nice to have: Experience in fintechs or payment systems • Knowledge of event-driven architectures • Experience with high-scale, high-availability systems
