📋 Description

• Looking for a .NET Team Lead for a cannabis retail solution startup. • Engage in discussions with integration partners and manage API projects. • Develop project roadmaps considering resource availability. • Analyze interaction requirements and determine priorities. • Collaborate with system analysts on standardized documentation. • Identify bottlenecks and external dependencies for integration tasks. • Allocate 50% of time to hands-on tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of 3+ years in team/tech lead role. • Experience of 5-7 years in an IT company. • Experience with .Net and microservices architecture. • Experience with high-load projects (real-time workload). • Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka, MSSQL/Postgres. • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, for communication and documentation.
