📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of tax and accounting services to our clients. • Lead and mentor a team of Staff Accountants, Senior Accountants, and Supervisors. • Directly manage client relationships, becoming the primary client contact. • Oversee the preparation and review of diverse tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with partners to enhance efficiency, develop staff, and improve firm earnings. • Suggest and implement initiatives for the firm's ongoing success and inclusive culture. • Utilize and enhance technical and personal skills within a collaborative working environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in accounting, tax, or a related field. • Valid and current CPA license; an EA license is acceptable but progression beyond Manager requires a CPA license. • Completed or working toward a Master's Degree in Taxation or equivalent. • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience with a public accounting firm.
