πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Employ the ADDIE Model and performance-based lean ISD processes to produce high-quality web-based and streaming training solutions β€’ Create course design documents based on job task and user analysis β€’ Design instructional materials β€’ Develop end-user and facilitator training materials β€’ Develop content incorporating subject matter expert (SME) input into clearly written and structured materials β€’ Provide input for modifications to course content and activities β€’ Utilize multimedia, instructional technology, and authoring tools to create classroom training and eLearning content β€’ Ensure training products comply with applicable guidance and regulations (SCORM, FISMA, Sections 508 and 504, style guides, etc.) β€’ Suggest and assist with implementing new instructional technology for efficient and effective training delivery β€’ Communicate and work directly with the client in support of design and development efforts β€’ Work effectively as part of dynamic team that includes SMEs, graphic designers, course developers, and technical writers to provide deliverables β€’ Present at workshops and training events as needed β€’ Other duties as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

β€’ BA/MA in Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Technology, Education, or related field – or - other degree plus equivalent experience (e.g., education, training and experience as a military instructor). β€’ Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. β€’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, project management, and training and development β€’ Demonstrated ability to apply instructional design methodology to create effective online training solutions β€’ Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation and organizational skills β€’ Knowledge of adult learning theories and ability to incorporate them into class design and delivery β€’ Ability to solve problems in enterprising and proactive ways β€’ Proficiency in Shareable Content Object Reference Module (SCORM) integration with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, SumTotal, or Blackboard β€’ Knowledge of Section 508 of the Disabilities Act and Section 508 compliance β€’ Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise β€’ Collaborative and team-oriented β€’ Proactive, self-driven, and able to work well in any environment while meeting deliverable deadlines β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication β€’ Prior experience in the health care industry or on Medicare & Medicaid related courses is a plus β€’ Experience with using artificial intelligence to improve task efficiency is a plus
