• Operation and improvement of cybersecurity services such as vulnerability management and demand-driven customer support • Conducting assessments, deriving clear actions, and implementing them pragmatically • Analyzing and resolving security incidents and vulnerabilities while collaborating closely with customers • Automating workflows with Python and working with modern tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender • Cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing within the team, and taking a holistic view of the security process
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ETH/University/FH/HF) in Computer Science or Cyber Security • Experience operating cybersecurity services and vulnerability management • Strong knowledge in incident management as well as automation and scripting with Python • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender • Customer-focused, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with enjoyment of direct customer contact • Team-oriented, communicative, and self-assured • Structured, reliable, and curious, with initiative for continuous improvement • Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
