⢠Gather customer needs and derive requirements for IT applications ⢠Analyze business processes, organization and systems and develop concrete optimizations ⢠Support software development in collaboration with Product Owners and create requirement specifications in line with the target architecture ⢠Ensure the quality of developed solutions through end-to-end testing and validation ⢠Enable a simple, highly automated customer experience and support our customers and business units
đŻ Requirements
⢠Degree (University / FH / HF) in Computer Science or Business Informatics ⢠Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering ⢠Practical experience with interfaces, data flows, monitoring, incident, change and release management, as well as operations ⢠Experience in agile software development and solution design, e.g., DevSecOps and SAFe; familiar with Confluence and Jira; knowledge of ITIL and eTOM ⢠Analytical, strong in conceptual thinking, and technically proficient ⢠Communicative, enthusiastic and assertive ⢠Enjoys collaboration and shows high initiative ⢠Very good German and good English
