📋 Description
• Act as the bridge between data engineering and analytics for our people analytics solutions. • Lead the build of scalable human resources (HR) one data platform in the cloud on AWS. • Lay the foundation for reliable data. • Develop and operate people analytics (AI) use cases that deliver measurable business impact. • Take technical leadership, mentor the team, and foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and learning. • Own the architecture and build of the HR data platform and ensure data quality, governance and security. • Prioritize, develop and implement people analytics use cases with clear, measurable value. • Provide technical leadership, coach data engineers and data scientists, and enable end-to-end value. • Work closely with IT, Security and business units and advance data-driven decision making.
🎯 Requirements
• Master (ETH/Uni/AUS) in Data Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Economics, Mathematics or Computer Science. • Several years of experience in data engineering, analytics or data science and in building data platforms in the cloud. • Very strong programming and database skills in Python/R and SQL. • Experience delivering impact-focused analyses and models as well as technical leadership. • Experience with machine learning / AI use case delivery. • Strong ability to solve complex problems and think in systems. • Enjoy collaboration and exchange and the bridge between technology and business. • Communicative and convincing in presentations and when dealing with stakeholders. • Very good English in spoken and written form; German or French is an advantage.
