📋 Description

• Responsible for developing complex applications and processes • Analyzing client needs and developing innovative solutions • Contributing to customer satisfaction • Supporting and assisting clients throughout the project • Configuring ServiceNow and integrating new modules and applications • Collaborating in a dynamic, agile team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Technical knowledge of ServiceNow with certifications: Certified System Administrator, CIS-ITSM, CIS-x • Knowledge of databases, programming, or software development • Experience with agile methodologies and project management • Strong customer- and service-orientation combined with a solution-focused mindset • Ability to analyze complex problems and design solutions • Flexible, organized, and autonomous, with the ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills • Degree (CFC, University, ETH) in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience • Excellent command of English and French; German is an asset
