• Build and manage a personal portfolio of high-capacity prospects • Secure gifts in the $50K–$1M+ range • Identify and qualify new high-net-worth individuals • Lead the development and growth of advanced giving vehicles • Supervise Major Gift Officer
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience • Proven success in securing major gifts ($50K–$1M+) • Working proficiency in English and French • Strong knowledge of complex and tax-efficient giving • Experience supervising fundraising staff
