📋 Description

• Develop and lead one or more technical teams implementing core business applications • Create and maintain a best-in-class developer experience for your teams • Guide and mentor teams across multiple technology stacks including Palantir Foundry and Power BI • Identify and address technical pain points, collaborating with the architecture team on solutions • Drive continuous improvement of our standard technology stack to increase efficiency in business application delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline • Minimum 10 years of experience implementing data analytics solutions • Proficiency in Python/PySpark for building and optimizing complex data pipelines • Strong SQL skills (particularly Spark SQL) for data querying and manipulation • Extensive knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ELT techniques • Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and guide technical product development teams
