📋 Description

• Develop new user-facing features using Next.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Implement and promote AI-assisted coding tools to streamline frontend workflows, accelerate delivery, and improve code robustness • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs • Maintain and improve website performance and scalability • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices • Drive next-level innovation in Product Development to support our mission-critical infrastructure • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key • Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions • Uphold Switch's Karma philosophy leading with integrity and empowering those around you

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Context API) • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them • Experience with version control tools such as Git • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) • Experience with TypeScript • Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution • Experience fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution
