📋 Description

• Maintain and evolve Switchfly’s automation frameworks to align with industry best practices, ensuring high reliability and usability. • Identify and eliminate duplicate implementations and overhead code, optimizing frameworks for performance and maintainability. • Develop solutions for automated testing across UI, mobile, and API platforms, including the design of Jenkins jobs for test execution. • Lead the Automation SWAT initiative, ensuring stability and meeting SWAT goals. • Own and manage daily test automation reports, ensuring stable test environments and identifying areas for improvement. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues quickly and effectively. • Mentor and support QE team members, providing guidance on automation best practices and resolving technical roadblocks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, to drive quality across the organization. • Define and deliver trusted automation patterns and testing strategies to improve test reliability and relevance. • Support the broader team by sharing insights, training teams, and fostering knowledge-sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a QA Automation role. • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience in Agile environments, including implementing CI/CD automation strategies. • Proficient in API testing and test framework development.
