📋 Description

• Support and optimize end-to-end business processes across: • - Plan-to-Produce • - Procure-to-Pay • - Order-to-Cash • - Record-to-Report • Contribute to the improvement of: • - Manufacturing operations including BOMs, Work Orders, WIP and Costing • - Supply Chain and Inventory Management • - MRP and Demand Planning • - Multi-Subsidiary and Multi-Book environments • Ensure financial and transactional accuracy, including: • - Cost Accounting and variance visibility • - General Ledger impact and transaction integrity • - Multi-Book Accounting • - Intercompany transaction flows • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance and Technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities. • Ensure consistency and proper alignment between: • - ERP • - External systems • - Internal systems • Support process standardization, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on Netsuite functional experience is required. • Netsuite Certification is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage. • Strong experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance processes. • Solid understanding of ERP transaction flows and financial impact. • Experience working in multi-subsidiary and multi-book environments. • Strong knowledge of SuiteQL, saved searches, workflows, and roles and permissions. • Comfortable working in operationally complex and finance-driven environments. • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. • High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and process integrity. • Good understanding of ERP data structures and how data supports reporting and analytics. • Ability to work cross-functionally with business, finance and technical teams.
