To help us build a pain-free world, powered by AI, enhanced by people — accessible to all. • Sword Health is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and Sword’s growing vendor network to manage contract renewals, understand sourcing needs, conduct spend analyses, and ensure operational excellence in our Procure to Pay operations.

• You are a self-starter eager to learn new things and always bring a sense of pride and ownership to your work • You are an exceptional multi-tasker, and enjoy having several concurrent projects going on at one time • You are a thoughtful and confident communicator who maintains a customer-centric attitude regardless of medium or situation • You take a data-driven approach to solving problems and aren’t afraid to suggest how we could be doing things better • 3+ years relevant experience, specifically in developing strategic sourcing methodologies, leading cost optimization projects, and managing contract negotiations • Experience supporting a range of spend categories, especially in Software, Events, Professional Services, and Facilities • Track record of improving efficiencies, scaling operations, and minimizing organizational risk in a high growth business environment • Excellent partner relationship management with internal stakeholders and vendors from developing new relationships to managing complex, ongoing partnerships • Familiarity using P2P Tools (Coupa, Zip, Airbase, etc.) Google Workspaces, MacOS, Notion, and Jira
