Description

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for product development.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to develop product requirements and specifications.• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.• Create and manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time.• Conduct post-launch analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.• Stay up-to-date with the latest product management trends and technologies.• Elaborate roadmap proposals for the roadmap owner.

Requirements

• 3 years of direct product management experience• Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and develop a strategic vision for the product's development and growth.• User-centricity: understanding customer needs, preferences, and pain points is crucial for developing products that resonate with the target audience.• Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate product plans to stakeholders.• Technical aptitude: having a good understanding of technology and the development process to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical team members.• Problem-solving abilities: being able to think critically and creatively to solve problems is essential.• Drive and initiative: natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way. Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and drive projects forward.• Analytical skills: being able to analyze data, metrics, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive product improvements is essential.• Growth mindset: willingness to learn and keep developing yourself
