• 3+ years of product management experience • Exceptional analytical skills—able to dig into data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into action across the member funnel. • Proven experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams. • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to roadmap delivery. • Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and build buy-in across teams. • A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
