• The Growth Project Manager is a critical role within SWORD and involves leading cross-functional initiatives by coordinating teams, aligning technical and business goals, and driving efficient project execution. • It involves also developing scalable workflows, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders. This role sits at our Growth team, ensuring our growth initiatives are executed seamlessly and at scale.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or growth; • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of coordinating diverse teams—engineering, product, marketing, etc. - to deliver complex projects on time; • Project management expertise with familiarity in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative execution; • Strong project planning skills to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and team resources effectively; • Strong process management skills necessary for planning, monitoring, and optimizing workflows to ensure efficient and consistent achievement of organizational goals; • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including setting clear goals and holding teams accountable.
