📋 Description

• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows. • Develop and support integration between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. • Customize and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business needs. • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Flows. • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. • Support and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required. • Monitor system performance, data quality, and platform adoption while implementing best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing timely support to end users. • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data management activities. • Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, system enhancements, and environment management. • Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and platform optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform administration. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation. • Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data management processes. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules. • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration activities.
