📋 Description

• Define acceptance criteria and participate in early project stages, including requirement gathering, technical solution design, planning, and estimation • Create and execute a comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts using both manual and automated approaches • Build, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks while monitoring existing test suites • Integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and perform thorough PR reviews • Mentor QA team members and proactively improve testing processes and standards • Provide detailed test reports and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and share results • Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure reliable delivery and continuous improvement of testing processes • Expand technical and leadership skills while working alongside experienced engineers and QA specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation with advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript • Strong experience with Playwright and creating test automation frameworks from scratch • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce testing and test automation • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions), and test management tools (Xray or TestRail) • Strong knowledge of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies • Self-motivated, reliable team player with analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach • Independent yet collaborative working style with proactive communication and accountability • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 or higher) • Experience within the payment industry domain (nice-to-have) • Experience with using JIRA & Confluence (nice-to-have) • Experience with cross-browser/device testing tools (BrowserStack), API testing(Postman), and Command Line Interfaces (nice-to-have) • Experience with AI solutions (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, accessibility standards, and industry frameworks (e.g., OWASP, WCAG) (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of PHP or other programming languages and container orchestration (Docker) (nice-to-have) • Experience mentoring others in QA or test automation (nice-to-have) • Previous fully remote work experience with strong self-motivation and online communication skills (nice-to-have)
