• Ownership of project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are consistently achieved. • Lead cross-functional teams through the execution phase of the project, from early site preparation and coordination to final system acceptance, while maintaining a strong focus on project goals. • Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, installation, and commissioning leaders to coordinate timelines and ensure rapid, high-quality system delivery. • Proactively identify and manage risks & opportunities to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, providing clear and consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track. • Foster a culture built on transparency, timely decision-making, and strong partnerships across all project participants.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 4 years experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects. • Proven experience in scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects. • Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred. • Experience managing design/build, installation, and construction projects. • Skilled at stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams. • Track record of delivery on time and within budget. • Strong problem-solving under pressure and ability to implement creative solutions. • Effective negotiator with proven ability to balance competing priorities. • Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (Smartsheet / Jira). • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
