• Support content upload and maintenance within the RWS Tridion Docs system. • Coordinate with global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content, including localisation for various countries. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely content deployment.
• 5+ years experience in systems administration for content production and management. • Minimum 2–3 years of knowledge management experience, including: Gathering, writing, revising, and releasing content. • Performing quality reviews of XML-based content. • Experience and knowledge of DITA XML and authoring in DITA XML or other XML-based formats (including Oxygen). • Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as Tridion Docs. • Strong collaboration skills for working within onsite and virtual teams. • Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
