📋 Description
• Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and key events • Identify and remove impediments to Agile delivery • Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in Agile environments • Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks • Experience coaching mature Agile teams • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels • Experience with Agile metrics
