📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). • Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows. • Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to create and optimize integration processes. • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability. • Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance. • Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests. • Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable. • Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of integration experience between SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations – pre-packaged integrations, custom integrations, PGP encryption, credentials & certificate maintenance. • Demonstrated experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and data exchange formats (XML, JSON). • Knowledge of data transformation tools such as JavaScript, XSLT, and Groovy script. • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding). • SAP Integration Suite certification is an asset. • Familiarity with HR processes and data structures. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
