📋 Description

• Audit the existing Twilio ↔ Realtime-AI call bridge, including media streams, ConversationRelay, and two-way contracts with the AWS-hosted platform • Review inbound invokes, outbound callbacks, retries, and reconciliation • Assess production-readiness of the voice service, including health checks, capacity limits, alerting, and incident response • Identify production-readiness gaps • Review AI/session logic driving calls, related routes, background jobs, and schema • Deliver a findings report and prioritized implementation roadmap • Provide part-time advisory support through implementation • Review architectural and technical decisions • Guide webhook-contract and telephony-integration design • Consult on production operability practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with containerized AI workloads on AWS • Experience with Cursor, OpenAI, Twilio, ElevenLabs, GPT-4.0-mini, S3, Amazon Connect, KVS, Swagger, and OpenAI tools • Experience with PostgreSQL • Experience with Linear • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for real-time web/edge integrations • Experience with natural language processing libraries and speech processing toolkits, including deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow • Experience with speech recognition APIs such as Amazon Transcribe • Experience with voice synthesis engines such as Amazon Polly or Text-to-Speech • Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker is highly valued • Understanding of real-time communication protocols, WebSockets, gRPC, and WebRTC • Understanding of real-time/streaming LLM sessions, including latency, interruption handling, turn-taking, and graceful degradation • Experience designing prompts and system messages for constrained, task-specific voice agents • Experience with sentiment/outcome extraction from completed calls and validation methods
