📋 Description
• As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategy. • You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization. • This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a deep understanding of business processes and objectives. • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. • Conduct trend analysis and forecasting to identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development. • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional - CBIP) are a plus.
