📋 Description

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven initiatives, aligning with business objectives. • Analyze market and competitive landscapes to identify AI product opportunities and investment areas. • Translate complex AI capabilities and research into user-friendly and valuable solutions. • Drive Product Management to define requirements, prioritize features, and measure performance indicators. • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement. • Guide architectural decisions for AI/ML solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Drive technical design and development of AI/ML solutions leveraging technologies like LLMs, NLP, generative AI. • Ensure implementation of CI/CD and modern engineering practices; optimize development lifecycles and mitigate technical risks. • Embed ethical AI practices addressing data privacy, bias, and transparency throughout development. • Communicate technical concepts and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. • Act as a technical authority in customer engagements to ensure solutions deliver tangible business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background with extensive experience in software development and AI/ML technologies. • Proven experience in a leadership role, building and managing engineering teams. • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with agile methodologies. • Expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, including model training, optimization, deployment, and monitoring. • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and modern data ecosystems. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into technical solutions. • Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Nice to have) • Experience with specific AI technologies such as LLMs, natural language processing, or computer vision. (Nice to have) • Track record of successfully delivering complex AI solutions to enterprise customers. (Nice to have) • Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML. (Nice to have)
